STAGNANT WAGES AND ….

Stagnant wages, more risk for retirement (confidence in retirement plans has fallen to 37%  in 2016 from 73% in 1971), higher burden for health care, less job security (barely half feel safe from a layoff) and lower labor market participation.

Less than half of all employees say they’re very satisfied with their jobs. A third of all employees say “it’s just a job to get by”.
